This work is an engraving on wood in which a man emerges from the darkness with his arms crossed and his head down in front of a woman who is trying to give him explanations.
They were my youthful obsessions.
This work is very influenced by one of my favorite artists, who is Munch.
The atmosphere in this engraving is oppressive.
I tried to do the complete opposite of the famous work “The Kiss” by the artist of “The Scream”.
It is done with high contrast and the hard lines increase the feeling of what I wanted to express.
