“Palaciega.” This is a portrait by Hugaceo Crujiente in which we see her with spectacular makeup reminiscent of works by Kandinsky. She wears a necklace of pearls that spill over her chest, and looks at you from her invented palace. The gaze seems to judge you, but no more than she has been judged throughout her life. She doesn’t need a wig to accentuate her femininity. Attitude is what matters, and this Drag muse is all about attitude.
