The domain of lust
The domain of lust
This print is an artist's proof in which I attempted to symbolize lust as a giant bull.
At that time I was looking at many Picasso prints, and the bull attracted me as a mythological figure.
Half of the engraving is white and half is black, it is Yin and Yang.
Four little men try to tame the bull that turns its head to look at the image of a naked woman.
The animal has a bandaged leg, possibly due to a previous battle. Symbolically, the title says it all. This is a rare piece in my production that will undoubtedly make it into a good collection.
